Businessicy – In celebration of Indonesia’s 79th Independence Day, BCA Expo 2024 is offering a special low mortgage financing rate of just 1.45% fixed for one year. This special offer extends beyond housing to include financing options for cars and motorcycles as well.
“The 1.45% mortgage rate is incredibly low. BCA also provides packages tailored to customers’ financial capabilities, ensuring they don’t overextend or underutilize their funds,” said Jahja Setiaatmadja, President Director of BCA, during the opening ceremony of BCA Expo 2024 on Friday, August 16, 2028.
The interest rate offered at this event is even lower than the 2.67% rate presented during BCA Expoversary in the first half of 2024.
In addition to the 1.45% mortgage rate, BCA is also offering a 2.45% rate for vehicle loans and a 5.67% rate for motorcycle financing, all fixed for up to one year.
Jahja emphasized that BCA aims to provide financial freedom, not just a celebration. He noted that while Indonesia fought for political independence before 1945, today’s fight is for financial independence.
“We want to achieve financial freedom—owning a home, owning a vehicle. We offer smart ways to achieve this through our mortgage and vehicle loan programs. Instead of spending money aimlessly each month, it’s better to budget wisely to own your own home and vehicle,” Jahja explained.
As for mortgages, BCA is offering homes priced from around IDR 300 million to several billion rupiah, making it accessible to various age groups, particularly Gen Z and millennials who aspire to own their own homes.
